This study aimed to investigate how the change of DNA methylation mediates the association between long-term exposure of PM2.5 and lung function (FVC, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC). Three CpGsites(cgl2233418 in CTDPI, cg00020794 in FAM38A and cg24202654 in GADI) were mediators of the association between PM2.5 and lung function. © 2021 IEEE.
