첨단기술기반 바이러스 감염병 연구전략 및 성과관리 방안 마련

초록

ㅇ (연구개발 목표) 첨단기술을 기반으로 바이러스 감염병에 대응할 수 있는 신규 치료제개발 사업을 기획하고, 「국가위기초래바이러스감염병극복기술개발사업」의 과업종료 시점에서의 성과분석 및 관리방안을 마련 ㅇ (연구내용) ① 첨단기술 기반 치료제 개발 신규사업의 기획과 ② 성과분석 및 성과 관리 방안의 마련 및 ③「감염병관리기술개발사업」내역사업으로의 통합에 따른 사업의 대표 지표를 설정 - (신규사업 기획) ① 글로벌 협력, ② 다부처 역량 결집을 통한 치료제 연구개발사업(코로나19, AI), ③ 사전 치료제 확보 목표 달성을 위한 출연금 신규 사업(RSV, SFTS) 등의 3개 사업을 기획 - (성과분석 및 성과활용계획)「국가 위기초래 바이러스감염병 극복기술 개발사업」의 성과목표·지표를 바탕으로 성과의 달성도를 확인하고, 우수성과를 도출 - (대표 지표 설정)「국가위기초래바이러스감염병극복기술개발사업」,「감염병 예방치료기술개발사업」,「감염병관리기술개발연구사업」의 성과지표를 참고하여 사업의 내용 및 특성을 반영할 수 있는 대표 지표를 도출 ㅇ 기대효과 - (과학·기술적) 넥스트 팬데믹에 대비할 수 있는 치료제 개발을 통해 국내·외 보건의료 분야의 경쟁력 강화와 감염병별 파이프라인을 고려한 단계별 지원으로 바이러스 치료제 연구의 종합적인 수준 향상이 기대 - (정책적) 신·변종 바이러스에 대한 정부의 위기 대응 역량(위기시의 효율적인 자원 분배 및 대외 위상 제고 등) 강화가 기대 - (사회·경제적) 신·변종 바이러스로 인한 사회·경제적 부정적 파급효과 및 국가 의료부담 악영향 개선이 기대
