인천광역시 옹진군 지역주민의 고위험 음주율에 대한 심층조사와 예방관리를 위한 중재연구

초록

【연구목적】 본 연구는 인천광역시 옹진군의 고위험 음주율에 대한 원인을 파악 및 해결방안을 모색하고 옹진군 지역의 특성을 반영한 중재사업 개발 및 시범운영을 통해 지역사회 적용·추진 가능한 방안을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. 【연구방법】 1. 1차년도(2023년): 고위험 음주 원인 규명 - 관련 문헌 검토 - 건강 프로파일 DB 구축 및 지역사회건강조사 분석 - 옹진군 현장 조사 및 표적집단 도출 2. 2차년도(2024년): 중재사업 개발·적용 - 현장조사를 통한 고위험 음주 원인의 추가 규명 - 규명된 원인을 통한 중재사업 개발 및 시범적용 - 고위험 음주율 원인에 따른 해소 전략 제시 【연구결과】 중재사업을 통해 지역주민의 고위험 음주와 절주에 대한 인식 강화, 건강행동 실천에 대한 기대감이 고취되었다. 옹진군은 관대한 음주문화, 건강에 대한 자신감 관습화, 높은 술 접근성, 농번기와 조업 활성기, 단발성 사업에 대한 불신, 고립지역, 한정된 사회 시스템, 각종 사업 및 지원 산재 등이 고위험 음주에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 이는 추후 각종 질환 비율이 높아질 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 지역주민의 절주 및 금주에 대한 강한 의지, 자생적 커뮤니티와의 친화력 등의 강점을 활용하여 가가호호 찾아가는 절주교육, 자생적 커뮤니티 대상 절주교육 등 지속적인 중재가 진행된다면 고위험음주율이 낮아질 것으로 판단된다. 【기대효과 및 활용 전략】 - 옹진군 고위험 음주율 원인의 사회생태학적 분석 - 옹진군의 고유의 고위험 음주율 원인 기반 해결 방안 제시 - 도출된 중재사업의 지역사회 적용 전략 수립

【Purpose】 The purpose of this study is to identify the causes and find solutions for the high-risk drinking rate in Ongjin-gun, Incheon. 【Method】 1. First year(2023): Identifying causes of high-risk drinking - Review of related literature - Construction of health profile DB and analysis of community health survey - Ongjin-gun field survey and focus group identification 2. Second year(2024): Development and apply intervention model - Analysis of factors of high-risk drinking through field investigation - Development and apply of intervention model - Proposal of resolution strategy according to the cause of high-risk drinking rate 【Results】 Local residents' awareness of high-risk drinking was strengthened, and preparations and expectations for behavior change to abstain from drinking were heightened. In Ongjin-gun, a lenient drinking culture, health-related mannerisms, high accessibility to alcohol, busy farming and fishing season, distrust of one-time projects, isolated areas, limited social system, and various projects and support are all influencing high-risk drinking. It is expected that the rate of various diseases will increase in the future. However, it was identified that continued intervention would be necessary by taking advantage of the strengths of local residents, such as their high willingness to change, high will to sober up, and strong affinity with the self-sustaining community. 【Conclusions】 - Socio-ecological analysis of the causes of high-risk drinking rate in Ongjin-gun - Identify the cause of high-risk drinking rate in Ongjin-gun and suggest solutions - Establishment of a strategy for applying the derived intervention model
