보건의료연구정보 연구 활용성 강화를 위한 코호트·빅데이터 분석 연구

초록

ㅁ 연구목표 ㅇ 국가바이오빅데이터구축 시범사업 등 이질성 있는 코호트·빅데이터 자료의 통합 분석을 통한 연구 활용 가능성 분석 및 분석 결과를 바탕으로 한 데이터 구축 사업 시사점 제시 ㅁ연구내용 및 결과 ㅇ 인간 대상 대규모 바이오빅데이터는 국가전략자산으로 여겨지고 있으며 정밀의료·미래의료 연구 및 산업 발전에 핵심적인 역할을 담당 ㅇ 이 연구에서는 국내외 주요 코호트·빅데이터 사업의 현황을 확인하고, 현재 공개되고 있는 다양한 보건의료연구목적의 코호트·빅데이터 DB를 실제로 분양 받아 연구를 수행함 - 보건의료연구를 위한 대표적인 코호트인 한국인유전체역학조사사업 코호트 DB와 다양한 일반인·질환자 자료가 있는 국가 바이오 빅데이터 구축 시범사업 등 총 7개 DB를 분석대상으로 삼아 분석을 수행함 - 이질성 있는 코호트·빅데이터 DB의 통합 분석을 위한 코드북 분석을 수행하여 인구학적 일반정보, 생활습관·질병과거력 등의 설문정보, 진료 관련 임상정보, 각종 검사 자료, 추적조사 자료 등에 대한 통합 분석 가능성을 제시함 - 각 DB의 기초분석을 통해 기초통계량, 주요 정보를 나타내고 통합 분석 방안 및 시사점을 제시함 ㅇ 통합분석의 과정·결과를 바탕으로 한 통합 분석 보고서 제안 ㅁ 기대효과 및 활용방안 ㅇ 국가 통합 바이오 빅데이터 구축 사업 등 대규모 코호트·빅데이터 사업수행시 통합 분석이 가능할 수 있도록 연구 결과 활용 ㅇ 과제의 IRB 및 데이터 분양 심의의 지연으로 임상·유전정보가 불충분하였음을 감안, 후속 분석 연구를 통한 학술연구성과 창출

ㅇ Large-scale bio big data from human subjects is considered a national strategic asset, playing a crucial role in the development of precision medicine, future medicine research, and related industries. ㅇ This study examines the current status of major domestic and international cohort and big data projects. It conducts research by directly acquiring and utilizing publicly available cohort and big data databases (DBs) for biomedical research purposes. - The analysis focuses on seven DBs, including the Korean Genome and Epidemiology Study (KoGES) cohort DB, a representative cohort for biomedical research, and the pilot project for building national bio big data, which contains data from various general and patient populations. - Through codebook analysis for integrated analysis of heterogeneous cohort and big data DBs, the study presents the possibility of integrated analysis of general demographic information, survey information on lifestyle habits and disease history, clinical information related to medical treatment, various test data, and follow-up survey data. - Through basic analysis of each DB, the study presents basic statistics, key information, and integrated analysis plans, such as configuring a DB set for integrated analysis. ㅇ The study proposes an integrated analysis report based on the process and results of the integrated analysis.
