ㅇ 연구개발 목표 중증열성혈소판감소증후군 (SFTS) 치료후보물질 (mRNA 기반 핵산, 세포기반 항체)의 전임상 시료 생산 및 전임상 시료의 효능 평가 ㅇ 연구개발 내용 - 항-SFTSV 항체 생산 세포주 개발 및 세포주 은행 제작 - SFTS 치료를 위한 antibody-encoding mRNA 후보물질 제작 - SFTS 치료 후보물질 2종 (핵산, 항체) 생산공정 확립 - 효능평가용 전임상 시료 확보 - 전임상 시료의 품질 검사를 위한 분석법 확립 및 분석 자료 산출 - 전임상 시료 2종 (핵산, 항체)의 동물실험을 통한 안전성 평가 - 동물 모델에서의 전임상 시료 2종의 효능 평가 (예비 PK/PD 포함) ㅇ 연구개발 성과 - 중간진도보고서, 연차실적계획보고서 - 생산 공정 및 표준작업절차서 (SOP) - 분석 기준, 시험방법 설정 및 표준작업절차서 (SOP) - 시험성적서 - 효력시험 평가결과서 - 전임상 시료 물질 (핵산, 항체) 및 항체 생산 세포주은행 - 연구논문 2건, 학술발표 3건 및 수상 1건 ㅇ 활용 및 기대 효과 - 치료후보물질 확보 및 전임상 효능평가 결과 확보를 통한 SFTS 임상시험 진입을 예비 자료 확보 - 국가 주도 치료제 역량 강화, 임상적용/실용화를 통한 국내 바이오 산업 발전 및 국가 위상 제고
