ㅇ 연구의 필요성 - 요양시설 같은 감염취약시설은 코로나19 등 감염병 집단발생의 위험이 큰 환경으로 감염관리 문제점이 두드러짐 - 시설 감염관리 중요성에 대한 인식과 요구가 높아지는 추세이나 현재 감염취약시설 종사자들의 감염관리 교육은 기관마다 교육 내용과 질이 다르며 표준화된 교재 및 교육자료와 체계적인 교육 전략이 부재함 ㅇ 연구의 목적 - 목적 • 감염취약시설의 감염관리·방역관리 교육 현황 파악 및 표준교재를 개발하고, 효과적인 교육 운영 계획을 마련 - 목표 • 종사자의 감염관리에 대한 이해와 실천력을 향상시키고, 모든 감염취약시설이 동일한 내용을 교육함으로써 지역 혹은 규모에 따라 교육의 내용과 질 차이가 나지 않게 하고자 함 ㅇ 연구의 주요내용 및 수행방법 - 감염관리 교육 현황에 대한 국내외 문헌고찰 - 교육 수요도 조사 • 감염취약시설 종사자 대상 감염관리·방역관리 교육 요구도 설문조사 • 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 시설별 종사자 대상 대면/비대면 포커스그룹 인터뷰 시행 • 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 전문가 자문단 대상 델파이조사 시행 - 감염관리·방역관리 표준교재, 교육자료, 홍보자료 개발 • 국내외 감염관리·방역관리 교재, 수요도 조사 결과 등을 분석하여 방향성 설정 및 표준교재 개발 • 교육 대상자 특성, 감염병 특성을 고려한 교육자료로 동영상, 강의용 PPT 시설별 각 1종 이상 개발 • 포스터, 리플릿 시설별 각 1종 이상 개발 - 교육 시범운영 • 시설별 1회 진행하였으며, 총 3회의 교육 시범운영 및 효과평가 실시 - 교육 운영 계획 수립 • 교육성과 평가 및 피드백 방안 및 지속운영 가능한 교육 활성화 방안 마련 - 교육교재 시연 및 홍보를 위해 결과보고회 개최 ㅇ 종료시 연구결과물 - 전자 배포가능 형태의 표준교재, 동영상 및 강의용 PPT, 홍보용 포스터 및 리플릿 각 1종 이상 - 결과보고서 ㅇ 기대효과 및 활용전략 - 표준화 교재를 개발과 이를 활용한 교육을 통해 감염취약시설의 감염 확산 방지에 기여 - 감염관리·방역관리에 대한 종사자들의 이해도 향상 및 이행력 증진 - 교육 활성화 방안을 바탕으로 교육을 지속 운영 및 교육의 질 향상

Background of the Study ㅇ Facilities vulnerable to infection, such as nursing homes, are at high risk for infectious disease outbreaks, emphasizing the need for effective infection control. ㅇ Despite increasing awareness and demand for infection control training, there is a lack of standardized educational materials and systematic training strategies. 2. Purpose and Goals ㅇ Objective: Assess the current infection control training status, develop standardized textbooks, and establish an effective education plan. Ÿ Goals: Enhance workers' understanding and implementation of infection control and ensure uniform education across all facilities to eliminate disparities. 3. Key Research Methods ㅇ Literature review on infection control education. ㅇ Needs assessment: Surveys, focus group interviews, and Delphi surveys with experts. ㅇ Development of standardized materials: Textbooks, videos, PowerPoint slides, posters, and leaflets tailored to infection control needs. ㅇ Pilot education program: Conduct three pilot sessions and evaluate effectiveness. ㅇ Education operation plan: Establish feedback mechanisms and strategies for sustainable training. 4.
