□ Research and Development Goals ㅇ Establish a strategic support system for researcher-centered IP acquisition and technology commercialization from the early stages of development for technologies responding to national crises such as infectious and chronic diseases ㅇ Identifying companies in need and conducting technology transfer marketing to expand the technology commercialization performance of the National Institute of Health. □ Research and Development Contents and Results 가. Research on the creation, management, and analysis of intellectual property rights ㅇ Establishment of IP-R&D strategies considering demand-side needs (SMEs, etc.) and overseas technology transfer ‑ Derivation of technology priorities reflecting corporate needs ‑ Identification of IPs eligible for overseas technology transfer and development of corresponding strategies (4 cases) ‑ IP-R&D strategic support for new patent planning and follow-up development of existing patents (4 cases) ㅇ Regular consultations on patentability through internal researcher interviews ‑ Customized education and consulting services (14 cases) ㅇ Identification of promising technologies through analysis and packaging of owned patents ‑ Development of a technology cluster–based classification system ‑ Identification of commercialization-ready promising technologies through patent analysis and packaging (5 cases) ㅇ Support for IP management and capacity building ‑ Support for the operation of review committees (5 cases) ‑ (In collaboration with KIPO) Selection and support of R&D projects ㅇ Report on analysis of KNIH-owned patents and derivation of strategic implications 나.
