<1st task>Data types and structures produced by CODA and the NIH over the past five years were analyzed to develop technical approaches for normalizing genomic data and converting it into a database. The structure of pre-existing genomic databases was evaluated, and optimization strategies were identified. Simultaneously, newly registered or donated data, including medical, image, and lifestyle data, were reviewed to identify their types and anticipated volumes. Effective methods for refining, storing, and distributing this data were proposed. A comparative analysis of cloud and on-premises environments was conducted to evaluate the advantages, disadvantages, costs, speed, and efficiency of each method, depending on data type and volume. Special attention was given to analyzing the cost of uploading/downloading, storage expenses, and security issues in cloud services. Secure data management and sharing processes that prioritize privacy and de-identification were developed. Based on these findings, tailored registration, donation, and management guidelines were established for each data type. ntegration strategies were developed to manage and consolidate data donated in both cloud and on-premises environments efficiently. This ensures streamlined operations for researchers utilizing disease-specific databases and creates accessible and user-friendly datasets, such as KoGES and Ulsan databases, for the general public. These datasets were also enhanced with visualization capabilities to improve usability for both researchers and the public. <2nd task> A comprehensive review was conducted to assess the current state of health and medical data management in major countries, including the United States (NIH). This analysis covered the full spectrum of processes such as registration, donation, refinement, standardization, and utilization. The current state of technologies supporting cloud and on-premises data management was evaluated, and existing literature and guidelines were reviewed to analyze the pros and cons of data distribution management methods. Practical guidelines applicable from the stages of data collection and production were developed. These guidelines covered data structuring, refinement, standardization, and de-identification, supported by practical tools and methodologies. A particular focus was placed on data archiving, with systematic processes and related guidelines established for donation, registration, refinement, and standardization. The final output provides technical and policy recommendations for aligning the domestic health and medical data management framework with international standards. This effort also sets the direction for creating an environment that promotes data utilization and sharing while maintaining compliance with privacy and security regulations.
